1. About These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SourceTrip Pro, a web application operated by Ann-Marie Prekebena trading as SourceTrip Pro ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

2. The Service
SourceTrip Pro is a trade fair productivity tool that enables users to:
- Scan and extract information from business cards using AI-powered OCR
- Record voice notes and extract commercial details (MOQ, unit price) using AI
- Scan and categorise receipts with automatic multi-currency conversion
- Organise contacts, receipts, and notes by trip
- Export data to CSV for use in other systems
The service is delivered as a web application, accessible via the Whop platform after purchase.
3. Accounts and Access
Access to SourceTrip Pro is managed through Whop. Your account is tied to your Whop membership. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Whop credentials.
You may not share your account with others or allow others to access the service under your subscription.
4. Subscription, Billing, and Cancellation
Plans
- Trial — included with all new subscriptions. Limited to 5 business card scans and 5 receipt scans. Export is not available on the trial.
- Pro (Monthly) — $19 per month, billed monthly. Unlimited scans, CSV export, all features.
- Pro (Annual) — billed annually. Includes all Pro features. See current pricing at checkout.
Billing
All payments are processed by Whop. By subscribing, you agree to Whop's payment terms. We do not store your payment details.
Subscriptions renew automatically. You will be charged at the start of each billing period.
Free Trial
New Pro subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel during the trial at no cost.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Whop account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then.
After cancellation, your data remains on our servers according to the data retention periods in our Privacy Policy (90 days for trial accounts, 12 months for Pro accounts from the date each record was created). You will receive an email warning 7 days before any data is due to be deleted. Export your data before cancelling if you wish to retain it permanently.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the service, contact us at hello@sourcetrippro.app and we will investigate.
5. AI Accuracy and Disclaimer
Important: SourceTrip Pro uses AI and OCR to extract information from business cards, receipts, and voice recordings. This extraction is not 100% accurate. Always verify extracted commercial details — particularly MOQ, unit price, and contact information — directly with your supplier before making purchasing decisions.
We flag fields with lower confidence for your review (amber-highlighted fields in the app). You remain responsible for verifying the accuracy of all extracted data before acting on it.
Currency conversion rates are sourced from Open Exchange Rates and reflect the rate at the time of scanning. We do not guarantee the accuracy of exchange rates for accounting or tax purposes. Consult your accountant for formal expense reporting.
Fapiao detection is automated and is provided for guidance only. We cannot guarantee that flagged receipts are eligible for tax reclaim in your jurisdiction. Consult your tax adviser before making any claims.
6. Your Data and Intellectual Property
You own all data you upload to or create within SourceTrip Pro — your business card scans, receipts, voice notes, contact records, and trip data. We do not claim any rights over your content.
You grant us a limited licence to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service (OCR, AI extraction, storage, and delivery back to you). We do not use your data to train AI models or for any purpose beyond service delivery.
The SourceTrip Pro software, design, and brand are our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, or reverse-engineer any part of the application.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use SourceTrip Pro to:
- Upload content that infringes third-party rights or violates applicable law
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access the service's underlying systems
- Use automated tools to scrape, overload, or abuse the service
- Share your account credentials or allow others to access the service under your subscription
- Process personal data of third parties in a way that violates applicable data protection law
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Availability and Service Changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We may occasionally take the service offline for maintenance. We will give reasonable notice where possible.
We may update or change features of the service at any time. We will not remove core functionality without reasonable notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SourceTrip Pro and its operator shall not be liable for:
- Loss of business, profit, revenue, or data arising from your use of the service
- Errors in AI-extracted data that result in incorrect purchasing or commercial decisions
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind
Our total liability to you in any 12-month period shall not exceed the amount you paid us in that period.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email of any material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
